An alumni of HEC Paris business school, Paul Boury started Boury & Associés, a public affairs consulting firm, in 1987. He helped develop a method of representation of interests in France that relies on networking and parliamentary clubs. In 1991, he and several colleagues founded AFCL, the French association representing lobbying and public affairs professionals, to help this still-emerging business gain in professionalism and adopt a strict code of ethics. Today, he serves as Chairman of Boury, Tallon & Associés. He is also a psychoanalyst and a member of the Nouvelle Société de Psychanalyse Active (NSPA).
After graduating from HEC Paris business school in 1992, Pascal Tallon worked as an auditor at Arthur Andersen and as a consultant for Public Affairs International before coming to Boury & Associés. Becoming a Senior Partner in 2000, then Senior Partner and Managing Director in 2003, he has guided the firm to occupy the top position in France in terms of staff numbers and revenue. In 2012, Boury & Associés changed its name to Boury, Tallon & Associés. Pascal Tallon served from 2011 to 2013 as the president of the AFCL, the French association representing lobbying and public affairs professionals, and is the current vice-president. In addition, he teaches at Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
After taking a degree in corporate communication from Université Paris Descartes and graduating from ISC Paris business school, Antoine Piot joined Boury & Associés in 1997. He started as a junior consultant then worked as a senior consultant for eight years. In 2008, he became a Senior Partner and Principal, in which capacity he oversees event planning for the Boury, Tallon & Associés - M&M Conseil Group. Since 2010, he has been a member of the AFCL, the French association representing lobbying and public affairs professionals.
A graduate of ENC business school and specialized in oriental languages, Gorica Todorovic has worked for Boury & Associés since its founding in 1988. Initially responsible for press relations, she is now a Senior Partner and Principal in charge of partnerships and business development.
After graduating from Sciences Po Paris in European public affairs and taking a master's in public law and parliamentary procedure from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, Ignacio Arango did an internship with Boury, Tallon & Associés and subsequently joined the firm in August 2019. He has had previous experience in the areas of strategy and management (Eurogroup Consulting) and institutional relations (SACEM). His duties as consultant include the planning of events geared to decision-makers.
Victor Chartier has a B.A. in economics and social sciences from Université Paris-Dauphine and a master's in public affairs. After interning with Boury, Tallon & Associés, he joined the firm in 2013 as a consultant in public affairs.
Marion Coué took a degree in management, then a master's in event management, meeting her work experience requirement by serving as an assistant project manager at an event planning agency. In 2010, she came to M&M Conseil to work on planning institutional events, then joined Boury, Tallon & Associés in 2015 to supervise the organization of events for decision-makers.
After graduating from Science Po Lyon and taking a master's in public affairs and political administration from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Benjamin Faure started out in the communication department of the French Ministry for Employment, then transferred to its parliamentary and budgetary department as a project manager. A past vice-president of the AFCP, the French association representing lobbying and public affairs professionals, he served two years as a député in the National Assembly before joining the team of consultants at Boury, Tallon & Associés in 2011. In 2016, he became a Consulting Team Director and a Senior Partner in 2018.
Simon holds a master's in information management and digital communication from ISC Paris business school and has been certified as a consultant in economic intelligence by the Ecole Européenne d’Intelligence Economique (EEIE). He started at Boury, Tallon & Associés in January 2014 as an intern with the consulting team, then joined the firm as a consultant. He has previous experience in the area of communication (at Relais & Châteaux) and economic intelligence (at a specialized agency).
After nine years working as an executive assistant on the staff of the French Ministers of Defense, Justice, Interior and Foreign Affairs, Lydie Mézard joined Boury, Tallon & Associés in 2013 as Paul Boury's executive assistant.
After graduating from Science Po Lille, Charlotte Moulai started her career at the National Assembly as a staff member for a députée. She has previous experience working for a public affairs consultancy and a communication agency. She joined the consulting team at Boury, Tallon & Associés in April 2019.
After graduating from McGill University (Canada) in political science and taking a law degree from Queen Mary University (United Kingdom), Jane Newman began working for the consulting team at Boury, Tallon & Associés in May 2017 as an intern, then joined the firm as a public affairs consultant in June 2018. She has prior experience in public relations (the United Nations, Fondation de France and Majorelle) and international relations (Ministry of Defense).
After earning a diploma in accounting, Patrice Pilorget worked for 25 years in many businesses including construction, civil engineering, publishing and the audiovisual sector. He started out as an internal auditor in the countries of the Arabian Gulf then worked as an accountant for audiovisual businesses and, for 15 years, occupied the position of accounting department manager. He joined Boury, Tallon & Associés in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer
